Realtors and home owners have employed my services when they can't seem to "move" a house.  The house shows great and is priced for the market, however it  sits on the market unsold.  I have had great success in cleansing the home of unseen stuck and unwanted energies allowing the "spirit" of the house to cooperate with the sale and welcome the new owners.  There is an immediate energy shift and the house seems to come alive as if it has taken a refreshing shower. The process I use involves smudging, candles, essential oils and energetic healing.  The home owners also receive an intuitive session to clear and negative energies from their personal space.  Fee:  60 minute initial phone consultation $180. $200 per hour  plus travel expenses for first 2 hours. 2 or more hours billed at $25 per quarter hour, Session length generally 1-4 hours depending on work performed.  Remote services available.
