How to Rate Your IntuitionSo, just how intuitive are you?Intuition is a non linear function of the mind. Information comes to us from outside of ourselves. In order for us to tune into the right frequency which is just like tuning an old fashioned radio to a specific frequency on the dial it is imperative that we relax and be in a state of “beingness” or “presentness” to receive the transmissions being sent.
Intuition involves all of your senses not only the ones you are aware of such as sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste. It also includes the ability to tap into and communicate with unseen dimensions which exist outside of linear time. Intuition is the ability to tap into the high vibrating frequencies that surrounds us. I know it may sound difficult however it is really child’s play.
Another way to look at intuition is the ability to make deductions from all of our accumulated unconscious experience. A recent study revealed that 90% of the information we use in our daily lives stems from the unconscious. We "know" much more than we realize.
We can learn to expand our intuitive capacities just like any other of our physical or mental capabilities with training and exercise. On our “intuition exercise” page, we listed several exercises that will assist you to Raise Your Intuition IQ™. These very basic exercises are broken down into three sets. We are using brain waves to measure your level of intuition IQ.
Brain waves
Your level of awareness draws a parallel with the level of your brain wave functioning. The slower you brain waves are oscillating the more aware and open to external unseen energies you are. Beta waves osculate between 13 and 40Hz per second. In the beta stage you are awake and your brain is actively engaged in mental activity. Beta waves are rather low in amplitude and are the fastest of the four brain waves. When someone is engaged in public speaking they are in a high beta wave state. Another way to look at it is when you are in Beta you are in linear time.
The first set is a series of seven exercises. When you command these exercises it means that you are able to access your intuition while you are awake and functioning. Your brain is operating in the Beta stage while you are fully conscious.
The second set of exercises enables you to access your intuition while fully awake but in the slower frequency of the Alpha wave state. You are function in Alpha when your brain waves are oscillating between 8-13 Hz. When you are in Alpha you are relaxed and feel a bit drowsy however you are able to function if need be. Typical examples of the Alpha state are daydreaming, meditation, creative visualization and other tranquil state. When in Alpha you can become aware of what has been hidden in your subconscious mind.
When you command the exercise in the second series of exercises you are accessing your intuition while fully awake and operating in the Alpha state. It takes a more concentrated focus of awareness to tap into your intuition while in Alpha. With practice you can become proficient.
The third set of exercises is geared toward mastering the Theta wave state. In the Theta state your brain waves are markedly slower oscillating between 4-6 Hz. This is the first stage of sleep for most people. However when practicing these intuition exercises the goal is to relax your mind in order for your brain to slow down and become receptive to a majority of the frequencies and vibrations surrounding it. While in Theta one can feel as if they are in a trance. When you are in Theta the ego takes a back seat and the soul come to the forefront allowing one to merge with the matrix if intuitive energy.
