Creating with Energy
Using the forces of energy to create your life is extremely potent. Energy is just "energy" and can be used for both positive and negative outcomes. Remember what you sow you reap and if you choose to work with negative energy it WILL come back to visit you. I have included some prayers and energy rituals that are very powerful. When performing them remember that your intent and concentration sets the tone of the outcome.
Protection - protect yourself in all situationsSit erect or lay down in a quiet space. Inhale through your nose for a count of 10 and exhale through your mouth for a count of 10 five times to release stress and quiet your mind. Repeat these words: " In the name of my Mighty I AM presence I now invoke the golden white Light of God to fill my whole being". Visualize brilliant golden white light streaming down from Source through your crown chakra. Allow this light to fill your body and infuse your chakras until your whole aura is filled with brilliant golden white light. Now repeat these words: "In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence, I call upon you, beloved Archangel Michael and I now request that you seal my body and this space with your divine electric blue sapphire Light." Visualize a 6-inch thick wall of saphire blue light forming around your aura and watch it encase your whole aura like a cocoon. Visually it will appear as a large egg of beautiful blue light with brilliant golden white Light saturating your physical and energy bodies. You are now in a safe space and you can work as you please without concern of an energetic attack or interference.
The Lord's PrayerThe Lords Prayer along with the 23rd Psalm holds the energy of very powerful words. Whenever you are feeling "blue", confused, or just looking to shift your energetic space the Lrods Prayer and the 23rd psalm will bring a tremendous sense of calm. You need not subscribe to any religious tenets for the healing energy to work for you and work quickly. Our father which art in heaven, hallowed be our name. Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom power and glory forever. Amen
From my Heart and with all my Being, I invite my Divine Soul Self to fully merge with me NOW. In a good and Sacred way, I invite Divine Light into my heart and into my entire Being on all Levels. I invite the highest Divine Light Beings and all of my Divine Spirit Teachers, Healers, Guides and Guardians to work with me NOW. All that is done must be for my highest will and good and be fully in alignment with my Divine Soul essence and soul purpose. I ask that this room, the space I occupy, be completely filled and surrounded with Divine Light and Divine Love as I continue. With Full and Total Intent, I state to Spirit that I fully and completely release and relinquish each and every vow, judgment, contract, pact, oath and agreement that I have made either with myself or others that does not now serve a true purpose and is not for the highest will and good of all. I ask that any vows and pacts made against myself be revoked also. I ask Spirit to break all of these now. The power of God is working through me to free me from every negative influence. Nothing can hold me in bondage. All power is given unto me for good in mind, body, and affairs, and I rightly use it here now. This is my intention, and so it is. Thank you. And in fill faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest (x3) right here, and now in full power, consciously active, ever expanding and world enfolding until all are Holy ascended in the light and free. Beloved I Am (x3)
Flowers carry very high vibrations. They are in direct contact with Source, the Angels, Diva's, Sprites and Elementals. Using the high vibration of the flowers, (roses, marigolds, lavender and lily's are very protective) we commune with nature while in out tubs to remove unwanted energy.
Run the tub full of water as hot as you can stand to stay in for at least 20 minutes. Set your intention as to what you expect to happen during your release. Crush the flowers pedals to release their natural oils and release them into the tub. While doing this recite your intention nine times. light some Copal or Frankincense incense before getting into the tub. Immerse yourself into the tub and brush your body with your hands or body brush. brush your shin in addition to brushing your aura. Feel the trapped negative energy falling away into the tub of water where it becomes neutralized by the flowers. You may recite the 23rd Psalm if you wish. After 20 minutes pull the plug on the tub, get out and watch as all of your negative energy goes down the drain never to return to you again.
Follow the same process as outlined above. Excellent herbs for cleansing/protecting are Sage, Bay Leaf, Chamomile, dragons blood, cedar, love peppermint, thyme, fennel and garlic. Don't forget to set your intention.
Follow the procedure above and pour into the tub 1 cup of sea salt, Epsom salt and baking soda. This wonderful bath not only removes negative energy it also leaves your skin feeling silky soft.
Often we pick up negative energies and are oblivious to the parasite that is feeding of of us. Below are 2 simple methods of cleansing yourself internally utilizing the energy of Saint Germain keeper of the Violet Flame. Both are very effective in removing hidden energies inside of our physical bodies. First set your intention to release any and all energies that are not yours. Afterward notice how "light" you begin to feel. Drink 16 ounces of pure Concord Grape juice. I love Welch's however another brand will do. You want the unsweetened version. As you are drinking the juice "intend" to release all energy that is not yours. Invite Saint Germain to come in and transmute the negative energy with his Violet Flame. Thank Saint Germain and the the grape juice for the service provided. Do this twice a day for 7 says when you are feeling under attack or just our of sorts. You will be amazed at how easily this simple process works.
Another internal cleaning process is to eat Blueberries. Consume at least 4 ounces a day for 7 days setting the same intentions and giving thanks as above. Also invite the energy of Saint Germain and Archangel Michael for protection.
Both processes have been very effective in removing negative energy especially when combines with the bathing ritual. Before calling for a de-possession try the remedies described above. If you do not find relief call for a consultation to release the negative nastiness holding on in your space.
I now rescind any and all vows that I have taken to experience the illusion of unconsciousness. As a Lightbearer of my genetic lineage, I break these vows for myself and all my ancestors. I declare these vows null and void in this incarnation, and all of our incarnations across time and space, parallel realities, parallel universes, alternate realities, alternate universes, all planetary systems, all source systems and all dimensions. I ask for the release of all crystals, devices, thoughtforms, emotions, matrices, veils, cellular memory, pictures of reality, genetic limitation and death now! Under the law of Grace and by the decree of victory ,under the law of Grace and by the decree of victory, under the law of Grace and by the decree of victory, as spirit wills. I ask for awakening as spirit wills, we are awake. I am that I am.
Protection from Anger - To protect yourself from the destructive forces of another person's anger, apply 2 drops of Hyssop Oil to your wrists, behind the knee and at the nape of the neck once a day.
For Emotional Balance - apply 2 drops of Lavander Essential Oil to the back of your neck. Also carry a red-tiger eye and a hematite with you at all times. The tiger - eye gathers scattered energy and the hematite grounds and transforms it into a positive, usable force. Lavander Oil helps to balance your chakras keeping you in balance.
To Remember Your Dreams - place 3 drops of Lemon Grass Essential Oil on a cotton ball and place under your pillow before falling asleep. Place a pad of paper and pen next to the bed in order to record your dreams as soon as you awaken. Before falling asleep use intention and ask the universe to help you to remember your dreams.
To Become More Grounded - place 3 drops of Pine Essential Oil on your tailbone. Sit on the floor and inhale deeply through your nose. Draw in green energy from the Earth. Exhale fully, expelling the red energy of activity back into the Earth. Repeat until you feel relaxed.
To Obtain Money - Inscribe a green candle with your name and the exact anoint of money you need - no more, no less. Anoint the candle with and "drawing" oil such as Patchouli. Light it and say' Money come and money grow. Money's mine; to me it flows.
To Relieve Psychic Attack - Mentally build a bubble around yourself, completely covering the outer surface with mirrors. The reflective surface causes any negative energy to bounce back to its source. Words of InspirationThere are times when we need words of encouragement to move on in life. It is okay to lean on "something" until we gather our strength. The tick is when to release our temporary crutch and move forward agan. The longer we wallow in "low" energy, the longer we will attract to us what we do not desire on a conscious level. I found the following piece on teh internet on day when i needed a crutch. It has helped me many times and I now offer it to you "Awakening"When in the midst of all your fears, you stop dead in your tracks, and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out ENOUGH - enough fighting and crying and struggling to hold on, and then like a child quieting down after a blind tantrum, your sobs begin to subside, you shudder once or twice, you blink back your tears, and through a mantle of wet lashes you begin to look at the world through new eyes, this is your awakening. You realize that it's time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to come galloping over the next horizon. You come to terms with the fact that he is not Prince Charming and you are not Cinderella, and that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings, or beginnings for that matter, and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you, and in the process, a sense of serenity is born of acceptance. You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect, and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are, and that's okay. They are entitled to their own views and opinions. And you learn the importance of loving and championing yourself, and in the process, a sense of new-found confidence is born of self-approval. You stop bitching and blaming other people for the things they did to you, or didn't do for you, and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected. You learn that people don't always say what they mean, or mean what they say, and that not everyone will always be there for you, and that it's not always about you. So you learn to stand on your own, and to take care of yourself, and in the process, a sense of safety and security is born of self-reliance. You stop judging and pointing fingers, and you begin to accept people as they are, and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties, and in the process, a sense of peace and contentment is born of forgiveness. You realize that much of the way you view yourself, and the world around you, is the result of all the messages and opinions that have been ingrained into your psyche. And you begin to sift through all the crap you've been fed about how you should behave, how you should look, how much you should weigh, what you should wear, where you should shop, what you should drive, how and where you should live, what you should do for a living, who you should sleep with, who you should marry and what you should expect of marriage, the importance of having and raising children, and what you owe your parents. You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. And you begin reassessing and redefining who you are, and what you really stand for. You learn the difference between wanting and needing, and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you've outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with, and in the process, you learn to go with your instincts. You learn that it is truly in giving that we receive. That there is power and glory in creating and contributing, and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a "consumer" looking for your next fix. You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a by-gone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life. You learn that you don't know everything, that it's not your job to save the world, and that you can't teach a pig to sing. You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility. You learn the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO. You learn that the only cross to bear, is the one you choose to carry, and that martyrs get burned at the stake. Then you learn about love, romantic love and familial love, how to love, how much to give in love, when to stop giving and when to walk away. You learn not to project your needs or your feelings onto a relationship. You learn that you will not be more beautiful, more intelligent, more lovable, or important because of the man on your arm or the child that bears your name. You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn that just as people grow and change so it is with love, and you learn that you don't have the right to demand love on your terms, just to make yourself happy. And you learn that alone does not mean lonely. And you look in the mirror and come to terms with the fact that you will never be a size 5, or a perfect 10, and you stop trying to compete with the image inside your head, and agonizing over how you "stack up." You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs. You learn that feelings of entitlement are perfectly okay, and that it is your right to want things and to ask for the things that you want, and that sometimes it is necessary to make demands. You come to the realization that you deserve to be treated with love, kindness, sensitivity and respect, and you won't settle for less. And you allow only the hands of a lover who cherishes you to glorify you with their touch, and in the process, you internalize the meaning of self-respect. And you learn that your body really is your temple. And you begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drinking more water and taking more time to exercise. You learn that fatigue diminishes the spirit and can create doubt and fear. So you take more time to rest. And just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels the soul. So you take more time to laugh and to play. You learn that for the most part, in life you get what you believe you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for, and that wishing for something to happen is different from working toward making it happen. More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You also learn that no one can do it all alone and that it's okay to risk asking for help. You learn that the only thing you must truly fear is the great robber baron of all time, FEAR itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears, because you know that whatever happens you can handle it, and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your terms. And you learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom. You learn that life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting good people. On these occasions, you learn not to personalize things. You learn that God isn't punishing you or failing to answer your prayers. It's just life happening. And you learn to deal with evil in its most primal state-the ego. You learn that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected, or they will suffocate you, and poison the universe that surrounds you. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls. You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted. Slowly you begin to take responsibility for yourself, and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never ever settle for less than your heart's desire. And you hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind. And you make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful possibility. Finally, with courage in your heart and with God by your side, you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin, as best you can, to design the life you want to live.
